  • Collection of Monthly rent
    Timely collection and monthly remittance of the actual rent received to the Landlord.
  • The preparation, on a monthly basis, of detailed rent statements
    i.e. rentals and ancillary charges, for tenants and to submit such accounts timeously to tenants.
  • Efficient credit control
    The exercise of efficient credit control in respect of all amounts owing by tenants after the due date of payment and a report thereon on a monthly basis.
  • Negotiation of lease agreements
    Negotiation of lease agreements, in terms and conditions of lease, with suitable tenants, for any vacant space in the portfolio or space that may become available in the future.
  • Renewal of existing lease agreements
    The renewal of existing lease agreements.
  • Management and Refund of Tenant Deposits
    The holding in terms of the Estate Agents Acts of South Africa of all deposits received from tenants and to refund to tenants such deposits when they vacate their premises, after deducting the cost of effecting any repairs for which the tenant may be responsible (for which the Landlord shall provide), arrear rentals, and all other sums as may be due to the Landlord.
  • Propert Inspections
    Inspections of properties are done, in-going and out-going. Photographs are also arranged by the RSV Properties Team.
  • Placements of Tenants
    No letting commission is charged on placing of tenants by RSV Properties. The only letting commission charged is on National Tenants.
